Well where do I start. First off your charged exactly what is quoted no messing about. They turned up when they said they would. The work was carried out within the timescale stated. The work was completed to a very high standard. They were very understanding in regards to my situation and having to move some items for them to carry out their work. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend Natasha and Iain to friends & family. A very pleasant experience from start to finish.

New boiler, flue moved, gravity feed condensation soakaway and pipework and new rad fitted in kitchen to existing pipework. Natasha and Ian were both very professional and skilled at the plumbing and boiler work they did for me. Quality job. They didn't mind me watching when they were working as long as I made them lots of tea. Good banter, both very chatty and always happy to answer questions and explain stuff to me if I asked. I would definitely recommend Natasha and Ian for any plumbing work. I am now on Natasha's list for annual boiler servicing. I would definitely use them again and will be my go to people for plumbing stuff in the future.

I highly recommend Natasha, she arranged to come to give an estimate very quickly and sent it through the next day answered any question we had and once booked for the job a date was promptly arranged. We had a back boiler removed and a new heat boiler fitted, Natasha and her colleague arrived on time and worked non stop through the day, kept everything tidy as they worked and kept us informed with what was going on and talked us through any minor changes that were needed. We were so lucky to find Natasha and her team to undertake the full refit of our central heating system. The job required the decommissioning and installation of a brand new heating and hot/cold water system within a Victorian house and Natasha’s company was a perfect fit for the job.
